Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead the AR function within the Corporate Shared Team Services group. This on-site role focuses on contract management, revenue protection, and a high-performing AR team across nine regions.

You will ensure accurate invoicing, monitor collections, and guide cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and legal. As a leader, you will build and coach a team of AR professionals, drive process improvements, and maintain strict adherence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with AR and contract management expertise.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex AR portfolios including contract billing, dispute resolution, and revenue reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contract management within AR, ensuring invoices reflect terms and reflect contract terms.
• Drive collections performance and reconcile payments to invoices per contractual terms.
• Lead, develop, and coach AR professionals; improve processes for faster, more accurate results.
