DuraServ is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead the Corporate Shared Team Services AR function. This office-based role focuses on protecting revenue by owning contract management, improving collections, resolving disputes, and building a strong AR team across multiple regions.

You will partner with sales, finance, and legal to ensure accurate invoicing, contract compliance, and timely cash receipts, all while developing a high-performing team in a national organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience with AR and contract management
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Proven ability to manage complex AR portfolios including contract billing, disputes, and revenue reconciliation
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for reporting, analysis, and financial modeling

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end contract management within AR, ensuring invoices reflect contract terms
• Drive collections performance and timely invoicing per contracts
• Resolve customer disputes and coordinate across sales, finance, and legal
• Lead AR professionals, conduct reviews, set goals, and build a high-performance team
• Identify inefficiencies in AR and contract processes and implement improvements
