Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business program.
• Five years or more of related experience in accounting or accounts payable.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in other MS Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs the payables department responsible for 2,000+ vendors.
• Engaging mentor who cultivates knowledgeable and effective team members.
• Collaborates with regional finance as the payables point of contact.
• Effectively designs and maintains the company’s payables related systems.
• Implements improvements to internal payables processes.
