Job summary

Nordson Measurement & Control seeks an experienced sales professional to drive strategic initiatives with North American accounts and OEMs, focusing on expanding market share and revenue growth. The role leads the development of program guidelines, pricing programs, and key account engagement.

Expect 50–75% travel to plant sites and regular customer interactions; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 2–3 years capital equipment experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ successful sales experience; metal manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to lead meetings with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed key account program objectives.
• Develop guidelines to grow market share within install base.
• Coordinate and manage annual pricing programs.
• Identify key decision makers within accounts and OEMs.
• Manage capital project solutions from identification to installation.
• Prepare and present proposals and project justifications.
• Drive defined strategic initiatives and conduct field visits as needed.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts; travel 50–75%.
