Job summary

Nordson Measurement & Control seeks an experienced sales professional to lead strategic initiatives with North American key accounts and OEMs. You will develop program guidelines, engage decision makers, and articulate Nordson's value across inline gauge measurements for metal producing applications.

This role requires 3+ years in sales within metal manufacturing, strong presentation skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-3 years of capital equipment experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in metal manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed key account program plan objectives.
• Develop guidelines to grow market share within install base.
• Coordinate and manage annual pricing programs.
• Identify decision makers within key accounts and OEMs.
• Travel 50-75% to customer sites.
• Prepare and present proposals and project justifications.
• Provide training and support for Nordson equipment.
