• Monitor financial risks and implement controls to protect company assets and financial integrity.
• Improve accounting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital activities in collaboration with finance and treasury teams.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational goals.
• Coach, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team.
