• Oversee general ledger activities: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor financial risks and implement protective controls.
• Improve accounting processes and pursue efficiency and automation.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital with finance/treasury.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting to support goals.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
