Job summary

Adhesives Research, Inc. seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage the organization’s accounting operations and oversee the preparation of financial reports including earnings, balance sheet, and cash balances.

The role includes controlling general ledgers, closing cycles, and coordinating with auditors at our Glen Rock, PA facility. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA is preferred and Oracle EBS experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• On-site role in Glen Rock, PA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers, trial balance, and balance reports.
• Perform period closing, analyze budget variances, prepare monthly statements.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable; reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with outside auditors; assist with audits.
• Develop and maintain ERP reporting.
• Manage cash, bank reconciliations, and investments tracking.
• Supervise 2 Accounting Clerks.
• Ensure compliance with taxes/regulations.
