Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
• Four years of accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Accounting Division; plan, organize, and review staff work.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Oversee core accounting functions including cashiering, A/P, A/R, and tax compliance.
• Recommend improvements to policies, internal controls, and processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and laws at all levels.
• Prepare clear financial reports and assist with ACFR and external audits.
