Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 2+ years of experience leading accounting processes, supervising staff, or in a senior accounting role with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals by setting priorities and monitoring performance.
• Direct the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial results.
• Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures to support compliance and governance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to implement departmental priorities and process improvements.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness activities.
• Drive system enhancements and reporting improvements to support business needs.
