ARKRAY AMERICA, INC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash management, payroll, and system improvements while guiding a team of accounting professionals.

The role partners with executive leadership to drive strategic financial planning and process optimization across Sales, HR, Operations, and Finance in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting, budgeting, and GL management.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting staff or operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with annual audits and external auditors.
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports per GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy and compliance.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate audits and serve as primary contact for auditors and tax professionals.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions for accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and related functions.
• Analyze financial results, prepare variance reports, and advise executives.
