Velocity-Commercial is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the general ledger and lead the accounting staff. You will work under the Director of Accounting/Controller to ensure accurate revenue, expense, asset, and liability recording.

You will drive monthly financial reports, year-end audits, and budgets while implementing improved processes and controls. A proactive, self-starting leader with supervision and analytical skills is essential.

Formación

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop financial policies and procedures.
• Experience directing staff and coordinating monthly close.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting activities and general ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
