Job summary

Legends Global, based in Anchorage, Alaska, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the Finance function. This salaried, exempt role focuses on event settlements, cash management, and comprehensive financial reporting for client and corporate entities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in public accounting and/or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare event settlements and cash flows.
• Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable and expenses.
• Develop and implement financial reporting for start-up operations and corporate reporting.
• Coordinate year-end reporting and internal audits; ensure controls are in place.
• supervise staff and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
