Job summary

Truity Partners is seeking a results‑oriented recruiter to develop relationships with accounting and finance professionals and help match them with key opportunities at client companies in Wisconsin. You will build a pipeline, interview candidates, and guide career paths while expanding the client base.

The role emphasizes direct sourcing, networking, and close collaboration with hiring managers to negotiate offers and close placements, with a base salary plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or communications related field preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Two (2) years of business experience preferably in management, accounting, sales or recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit accounting and finance professionals for specific positions through networking, direct sourcing calls, and online tools.
• Interview accounting and finance professionals to determine skill sets and career goals.
• Provide career guidance and match candidates with opportunities at client companies.
• Obtain new clients through direct sales and marketing efforts.
• Work with hiring managers at client companies to assess openings, represent candidates, and manage interview/offer process.
• Manage interview process between candidate and client, including relaying feedback and salary negotiations.
