Job summary

Bruegmann is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee all financial and accounting activities, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance for growth and fiscal health. The role leads a team, coordinates payroll, AP/AR, tax, and audit processes, and partners with external consultants to optimize cash flow and asset management within a dynamic organization.

Strong leadership, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and excellence in Excel are required to drive month-end close,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Master’s degree in accounting/finance or CPA preferred.
• Fully qualified accountant or equivalent experience and progressive accounting background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.
• Coordinate tax compliance with consultants (VAT, income tax, sales/use tax).
• Supervise fixed asset accounting and capital expenditures tracking.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Oversee inter-company accounts and Bruegmann internal controls.
• Prepare for external audits and statutory accounts.
