Job summary

Gilley is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll, while managing a team of accountants and staff. You will supervise staff, assist in budgeting, determine depreciation, and ensure tax compliance and reporting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and NetSuite is required, with CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of tax codes and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Manage staff in AP, GL, and payroll functions.
• Assist in budgeting for the Finance department.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for all operations.
• Oversee depreciation for capital assets.
• Advise on operational adjustments due to tax code revisions.
• Ensure tax reporting and compliance with authorities.
