Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager in Green Bay, WI to lead a team of staff and senior accountants. You will oversee month-end close, review journal entries, support audits, and develop KPI dashboards for executive reporting.

You will partner with business leaders to drive performance, implement improvements, and strengthen internal controls. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of leadership accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Manage internal and external audit activities and audit support documentation.
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting packages.
• Provide financial analysis and business partnership support to improve performance and support strategic decisions.
