Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10+ years providing daily accounting operations.
• 5+ years in accounting leadership and supervising others.
• Strong general ledger experience including variance analysis and reconciliations.
• GAAP knowledge and experience with accounts payable/receivable.
• Familiarity with federal taxes and audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and oversee month-end close cycle.
• Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures for budgeting and cash management.
• Manage budgeting, billing, invoicing, and cost tracking across projects.
• Prepare financial reports and risk analyses for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with departments for accurate cost tracking and project estimates.
• Mentor Staff Accountant and AP/AR Specialist; supervise staff.
