Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, major in Accounting or Finance.
• Two to five years of general accounting experience with preference in corporate and/or banking.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and analyzes the financial condition and performance of S&T Bancorp and subsidiaries.
• Processes accruals, prepares adjusting journal entries and performs related account reconciliations; monitors and analyzes general ledger activity.
• Monitors compliance with accounting policies and GAAP.
• Monitors integrity of the bank-wide general ledger and reports variances.
• Assists management with auditors by compiling schedules and reports.
• Trains and allocates work to accounting analysts and interns.
