MCI is hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll support strategic financial decisions and ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing payables/receivables, budgeting support, and audits. Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and CPA preferred; office-based in the USA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
