You will prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting efforts. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has over 3 years of accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
