You will foster and manage client relationships, review proposals, assist in enrollment, and coordinate with markets for benefits and coverage. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six or more years related work experience.
• Valid insurance license; continue to meet Continuing Education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster and manage overall relationship with mid-market clients to ensure retention and high satisfaction.
• Review client team’s RFPs and select markets for solicitation.
• Analyze market proposals for benefits, premiums, and competitiveness.
• Review coverage contracts for accuracy of policy provisions and update as needed.
• Meet with clients for pre-renewal strategy, proposal delivery and explanation.
• Conduct open enrollment meetings and answer questions regarding benefit coverage.
