The Strategic Account Manager - Healthcare will:
Manage multi-year account plans, lead strategies to increase sales, and open new opportunities. Coordinate diverse teams, proactively expand networks, and develop tailored account plans with partners and decision makers. Influence stakeholders to drive change and improve Microsoft's offerings based on customer feedback and industry insights.
Articulate Microsoft's and partners' perspectives, connect with decision makers at multiple levels, and drive purchase decisions. Facilitate evolution of customer business models using Microsoft capabilities and industry insights to create long-term advantages.
Develop deep understanding of customer needs, priorities, and strategies. Anticipate needs to deliver insights and educate customers on solutions. Build trust and loyalty through innovative ideas, open communication, and executive sponsorship. Drive digital transformation and showcase the value of Microsoft's solutions, aligning with customer KPIs.
