Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager - Healthcare will:

  1. Manage the development and application of a mature/dynamic customer plan to sustain a long-term business portfolio and collaborate across organizations and partners to influence the broader ecosystem (e.g., legislation).
  2. Leverage close relationships with account leaders and ecosystem stakeholders to shape strategic direction and influence business metrics.
  3. Expand strategic customer relationships to drive greater impact and organizational reach.
  4. Anticipate issues/risks, identify root causes, remove blockers, and establish recovery plans to enhance customer experience.
  5. Develop strategies showcasing Microsoft's cloud offerings, grounded in industry trends and customer needs.
Account Management

Manage multi-year account plans, lead strategies to increase sales, and open new opportunities. Coordinate diverse teams, proactively expand networks, and develop tailored account plans with partners and decision makers. Influence stakeholders to drive change and improve Microsoft's offerings based on customer feedback and industry insights.

Strategic Thinking

Articulate Microsoft's and partners' perspectives, connect with decision makers at multiple levels, and drive purchase decisions. Facilitate evolution of customer business models using Microsoft capabilities and industry insights to create long-term advantages.

Customer Engagement

Develop deep understanding of customer needs, priorities, and strategies. Anticipate needs to deliver insights and educate customers on solutions. Build trust and loyalty through innovative ideas, open communication, and executive sponsorship. Drive digital transformation and showcase the value of Microsoft's solutions, aligning with customer KPIs.
