Strategic Account Manager - Climate Control (Temp-Air)

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager responsible for negotiation and account management duties for select Preferred Suppliers.

Location: Candidates based in Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Waco, or Denver. This role involves 40-50% travel within the U.S. & Canada; when not traveling, the role is remote.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage accounts for select Preferred Suppliers.
  • Research new products.
  • Manage and review Cat-Class and Rental Rate.
  • Act as liaison for Industrial Resource Group PC's products and marketing support.
  • Oversee Strategic Account program, including daily management of field and support office-based Strategic Account Managers.
  • Update Intranet Strategic Account pages.
  • Review and issue quarterly and annual customer rebates.
  • Oversee trade show schedule and logistics.
  • Manage customer-specific rates and invoicing requests.
  • Pre-qualify potential regional and national strategic customers.
  • Ensure asset data accuracy in the Wynne System, including monthly reviews.
  • Implement Fleet Replacement plan.
  • Roll out Rouse Asset Appraisal web application to the field.
  • Maintain fleet Replacement Matrix and CAPX constraints.
  • Integrate outside financing sources for big ticket used equipment sales.
  • Manage JLG Remanufacturing Project, acting as liaison to minimize delays.

Base Pay Range: $67,735 - $93,135.90. Total compensation includes base pay plus commission. Starting pay varies based on factors like location, education, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, disability, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more. Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment.
