A leading company is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage key global client relationships in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive sales experience to drive engagement and deliver innovative solutions, contributing to the company's revenue growth and client satisfaction.
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for securing, building, and developing partnerships with Clarivate’s most important global clients in key markets. Successful candidates will have an active network of key stakeholders within Clinical, Marketing, Access, and Commercial teams, employing consultative sales skills to identify, qualify, and deliver innovative solutions to customer problems. Our goal is to elevate the conversation within these customers to address key issues and meet their strategic objectives.
You will focus on expanding existing relationships, increasing engagement within the customer organization, and up-selling or cross-selling new solutions and services to core persona groups.
Our LS&H vertical serves over 2,000 clients and generates more than $500 million in revenue. Clients subscribe to various Clarivate solutions, including workflow tools, data analytics, and insights that support innovation, R&D, and commercialization in pharma and biotech. These solutions facilitate drug discovery, IP protection, and market entry.
Major clients account for approximately 35% of the Business Unit’s revenue and involve complex, multi-dimensional relationships.
This is a full-time role, primarily during core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility for global coordination as needed.
The base salary ranges from $145,000 to $185,000 USD annually, with an additional annual on-target commission of $97,000 to $145,000. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
