About This Role
The Strategic Account Manager focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring clients achieve their goals with the company's product or service, and driving customer retention and satisfaction, to add value but creating quote opportunities for the sales team or top of the funnel team. S.A.M.s act as a primary point of contact, providing guidance, support, and proactive engagement to help customers / partners maximize the value they receive. They also play a crucial role in gathering customer feedback and advocating for their needs internally to inform product development and improvements.
