Flowspace is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own relationships with Enterprise Accounts, driving retention and adoption of Flowspace solutions. You will build deep partnerships with merchant stakeholders and deliver outstanding service that turns customers into advocates.
You’ll lead front-line communications, coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering and Support, prepare quarterly business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and guide onboarding and adoption across teams.

The Strategic Account Manager is the owner of the client relationship and the ultimate driver of account retention for Enterprise Accounts. This role is responsible for building deep, multi-threaded partnerships with key merchant stakeholders, driving adoption of Flowspace’s solutions, and delivering exceptional service that turns customers into brand advocates.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000- $110,000 per year. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
