Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in account management and client services within creative/advertising environments.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account lead, providing strategic counsel and relationship management for key AbbVie initiatives.
• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary engagements from concept through execution across communications and marketing programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
• Identify growth opportunities, manage budgets/resources, and ensure alignment with AbbVie quality standards.
