About the role:

The Strategic Account Executive sales team drives revenue growth from new and existing large prospective accounts. You should be energetic, passionate about introducing transformative technology, and experienced in selling to enterprise organizations across all levels of technology and business lines, with a history of over-achievement.

This is a remote role open to candidates in the US, requiring work in PST or MST time zones.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting to closing
  • Execute solution-based sales in complex campaigns
  • Embed Samsara’s cultural principles—Customer Success, Long-term Focus, Growth Mindset, Inclusivity, Teamwork—across our global operations

Minimum requirements:

  • 7+ years in full-cycle sales roles
  • 3+ years selling into physical operations
  • Proven record of quota achievement with $1M+ ARR transactions
  • Experience managing enterprise deals and C-Level relationships
  • Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Ideal candidates also have:

  • Experience with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, or IT
  • Awards like President’s Club or Top 10%
  • Passion for operations and industry impact

Annual OTE: $367,000 USD
