Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking an Account Executive - PTCB/LPN to service long-term care facilities and assisted living communities around Pittsburgh, PA. You will work under the Account Executive Manager to ensure compliant service delivery and strong client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has LTC pharmacy experience, with LPN or CPhT credentials, and a proven ability to build relationships, lead initiatives, and travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• LPN license preferred.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with LTC experience preferred.
• Must be located in or near Pittsburgh, PA area.
• CUBEX/ADS experience preferred.
• Previous LTC or nursing home pharmacy experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel across the Pittsburgh region and Western PA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform regular on-site visits to client facilities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests from facilities.
• Relate to client needs with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to address client issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct audits of medications and carts for survey readiness.
• Maintain par levels for antibiotics, PO/IV meds, and back-up boxes.
• Verify emergency boxes are sealed and stocked with non-expired meds.
• Foster relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing.
• Manage CUBEX and other ADS, including restocking and troubleshooting.
