Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking an Account Executive - PTCB/LPN to manage relationships with long-term care facilities and assisted living communities around the Pittsburgh area. You will work under the Account Executive Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a background in LTC pharmacy, strong client support skills, and the ability to build durable relationships with facility staff while upholding SpecialtyRx values.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with long-term care experience preferred.
• Must be located in or near Pittsburgh, PA area.
• CUBEX/ADS experience preferred.
• Experience in nursing home/long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform regular on-site visits to assigned client facilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and service requests from facilities.
• Understand and relate to client needs with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to address client facility issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct audits of medication and treatment carts to ensure readiness for surveys.
• Verify emergency boxes are stocked and non-expired.
