Job summary

PPK, an award-winning full-service advertising agency in Downtown Tampa, is seeking an Account Executive to join our entrepreneurial team. The AE will lead small to mid-size client projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, on-brand execution of campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS and 3+ years agency experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred for the Account Executive role.
• Agency experience 3+ years required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client communications and project timelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Coordinate with creative and production teams.
• Monitor budgets and billing approvals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Execute advertising strategies across channels.
• Support travel as needed.
