Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

The Team

Our Enterprise Sales team comprises experienced SaaS sales professionals who excel at closing complex deals and building long-term relationships. They act as strategic partners, product advocates, and problem solvers, navigating enterprise sales cycles, articulating value propositions to C-level executives, and exceeding targets.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in acquiring and expanding major enterprise accounts, especially within the AI-driven incident management space, working with top brands like Intercom, Etsy, Miro, HashiCorp, and StubHub.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building a new category with a product that has strong market fit and modernizes incident management for large enterprises.
  • Growing our largest enterprise accounts through strategic planning, creativity, and persistence.
  • Delivering product demos, collecting feedback, and collaborating with product teams to innovate and address enterprise-specific challenges.
  • Improving sales processes, driving positive change, and maintaining agility in a fast-growing environment.
  • Partnering closely with colleagues, integrating sales into core business strategies to drive success.
What Experience You Need To Be Successful
  • Extensive enterprise sales experience selling to technical stakeholders and Fortune 500 companies.
  • A successful track record of closing deals valued at $1-5M+ ACV, with complex decision-making structures.
  • Creative prospecting skills and experience breaking into major accounts.
  • Strong ability to build business cases, gain stakeholder consensus, and develop internal champions.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, ambiguous environments and proactively driving initiatives.
