Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Account Director to serve as the client’s lead contact, translating marketing strategy into high-performing campaigns. The role partners with the account strategist, leads the internal account team, and ensures outputs meet strategy, quality, and profitability standards.

Hybrid schedule requires in-office and show-site presence 2–3 days per week. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience required.
• 5+ years marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Agency/B2B event and/or association experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the account strategist to translate client strategy into day-to-day work.
• Lead client presentations and meetings with a clear point of view.
• Direct primary and secondary research and persona development.
• Guide the creative team through brand identity and messaging.
• Build campaign performance benchmarking and reporting; monitor results.
