Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Academic Program Services Consultant to lead operational and administrative support for the Department of Radiation Oncology's Medical Physics graduate programs. You will oversee the full student lifecycle, accreditation activities, and coordination among students, faculty, and university offices.

Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
6 years of relevant experience required.
8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Advanced degree in a relevant field may be desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate application processes, applicant communications, and interview logistics.
Support recruitment efforts and outreach strategies for a new and growing program.
Assist with orientation and onboarding processes; manage course scheduling and SIS access.
Provide ongoing guidance on coursework, policies, and procedures; monitor academic progress and research milestones.
Research, collect, analyze, and report data pertaining to graduate appointments and funding.
Maintain accurate databases and student records; audit degree requirements and certify program completion.
Track graduate outcomes, including residencies and employment placement.
Design and improve administrative workflows for graduate programs; develop program documentation.
