Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH is seeking an Academic Program Services Consultant for Radiation Oncology. The role oversees operational leadership and comprehensive administrative support for the department's Medical Physics graduate programs, managing the full student lifecycle and ensuring ongoing program excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• 6 years of relevant experience required.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate application processes, applicant communications, and interview logistics.
• Liaison with Graduate School, Graduate and Professional Admissions, and Office of International Affairs (OIA).
• Support recruitment efforts and outreach strategies for a new and growing program.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes.
• Assist students in navigating class registration and graduate school requests.
• Audit degree requirements and certify program completion.
• Track graduate outcomes, including residencies and employment placement.
• Maintain accurate databases and student records and flag concerns to program leadership.

Education
