The ideal candidate has 4+ years of work experience, ideally in client-facing roles related to retirement plans. You will coordinate closely with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from other providers while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of total work experience with 3+ years in client-facing implementation, account management, or retirement plan administration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy.
• Deep knowledge in SaaS, Operations, or Finance; retirement plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business of 401(k) plans from activation to first contribution.
• Serve as primary contact for plan sponsors via email, phone, and video.
• Monitor performance against key benchmarks and drive improvements.
