Job summary

The 340B Pharmacy Manager at CTCLUSI oversees administration, compliance, and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across Three Rivers Health Center and affiliated sites. The role ensures HRSA compliance, audit readiness, and manages split billing and replenishment workflows in house.

You will collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, and administrative teams to maximize program value while protecting the Tribe from compliance risk.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or 340B management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of 340B regulations, HRSA guidance, and diversion prevention.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor savings and audit results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Administers CTCLUSI 340B program ensuring HRSA/OPAIS/Apexus compliance.
• Oversees 340B eligibility, patient definition validation, and dispensing workflows.
• Manages split billing, accumulations, replenishment, and inventory segregation.
• Conducts regular internal audits to monitor diversion and contract pharmacy compliance.
• Prepares documentation for HRSA audits and corrective action plans.
• Coordinates 340B purchasing, wholesaler accounts, NDC management, inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborates with Pharmacy, Medical, Behavioral Health, and RCM to ensure compliant prescribing.
• Develops 340B policies and training programs for CTCLUSI Health Ops.
• Monitors 340B financial performance and reports to leadership.
• Supports expansion of 340B services and onboarding of new sites.
