• Willingness to cross-train in other positions to support departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate the mold, ladle, tundish, and control panel processes on the caster to ensure accurate billet dimensions and traceability.
• Maintain product flow through the cooling bed.
• Be willing to cross-train and fill in as needed to support operational needs.
