Job summary

The Courville at Nashua is seeking experienced nurses for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Rehabilitation units, plus a Float position. Positions include 3p-11p and 11p-7a with weekend rotation and shift differentials.

New hires may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and NH licensing fee assistance. Sign-on bonuses payable after set periods are available; wage ranges start at $35/hour and go up to $48/hour depending on license and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in skilled rehab, SNF or Rehab units.
• Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC).
• IV therapy experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for SNF/Rehab and Float units as assigned.
• Provide quality nursing care across multiple shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet resident needs.

• Experience Required

  • $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
  • 40 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • Skilled/Rehab Unit
  • +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• 3p-11p 'Float' Position
  • Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
  • Must have STR and LTC experience
  • 32 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • +$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• 7a-3p FT Position
  • 40 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • Skilled/Rehab Unit
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• 11p-7a FT Position
  • 40 hours/week
  • Includes every other weekend
  • Skilled/Rehab Unit
  • +$3/hr Shift Diff M-F
  • +$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
• We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
• Pay rate based on license and experience $35-$48/hour

SIGN-ON BONUS payable after 3mo/6mo
