The Courville at Manchester is seeking dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our award-winning senior healthcare community in Manchester, NH. You will directly care for residents, assist with daily activities, and support nurses while maintaining a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.

We offer varied schedules across day, evening, and overnight shifts with part-time, full-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NH LNA license.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred, but training available.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean and safe, including equipment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and families.
• Follow all healthcare regulations, safety standards and infection control procedures.

• Per Diem with Experience

3p-11p (or2p-10p) Schedule

• Full-time positions
• Part-time positions - option for e/o weekend and Sat only

11p-7a Schedule

• Part-time positions
• Every other weekend

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and caring LNAs to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for patients/residents. We value team members who are reliable, empathetic and detail-oriented. This position is perfect for a motivated and energetic individual!
