STR MGMT/LEAD ASSISTANT STORE LEADER (Finance)

Create a friendly customer experience through exceptional service by highly satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. Assist store management with day-to-day operations, focusing on engagement, freshness, shrink, and expense management. Support the development of high-performance teams by engaging, rewarding, coaching, and developing associates. Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Effective team leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Financial responsibility experience, including budgeting
  • Experience as an assistant store manager in areas like Operations, Merchandising, or Human Resources
  • Retail management experience
