Create a friendly customer experience through exceptional service by highly satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. Assist the store management across the district with daily store operations in areas such as engagement, freshness, shrink, and expense management. Support store management in building high-performance teams by engaging, rewarding, coaching, and developing associates. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Effective team leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with financial responsibilities, including budgeting
  • Experience as an assistant store manager in operations, merchandising, or HR
  • Retail management experience
