Job summary

Axelon Services, Corp in Oakland, CA is seeking a STP CLM Business Process Analyst to lead the Icertis CLM implementation as part of our modernization effort. This role requires strong collaboration across procurement, finance, and IT to deliver standardized processes and high data quality.

You will drive business requirements, identify AI opportunities within the tool, and guide cross-functional teams through design workshops and strategic planning to achieve tangible value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience working in Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Contract Lifecycle Management subject matter expert representing procurement teams in the S/4Hana Modernization program.
• Support all project phases as a representative of the procurement process in design workshops and business requirements for L3/L4 processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the new tool to accelerate value realization.
• Facilitate socialization of future state design concepts with peers.
• Validate business requirements against documented regulations and procedures.
• Identify gaps and cross-functional design requirements, solving unique and complex problems.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex processes with cross-functional impact.
• Work with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.
