Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company seeks a Principal STP CLM Business Process Analyst to lead the implementation of Icertis CLM as part of the Propel program, driving standardization of Source to Pay processes, improving data quality, and enabling innovative technology solutions across procurement, SAP Ariba, and S/4HANA in a hybrid Oakland/remote setup.

This role reports to the STP Senior Manager and requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8 years of related or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM or supporting an Icertis implementation.
• LSS Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Recognized CLM expert representing procurement in the S/4Hana Modernization program.
• Supports all project phases as procurement representative in design workshops, socialization, and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI within the new tool to accelerate value realization.
• Facilitates socialization of future state design concepts with peers.
• Validates business requirements against regulations and procedures.
• Identify gaps and cross-functional design requirements and solve complex problems.
• Performs root cause analysis on the most complex processes with cross-functional impact.
• Works with senior management to support strategic planning and decision making.
• May manage major cross-functional projects and initiatives.
