Step Up is seeking a communications-focused volunteer to help design a quarterly story intake form, build a database for storing stories by theme, audience, format, and subject, and document the workflow from opportunity to distribution.

The role will contribute to creating an impact narrative framework to ensure Step Up's messaging across channels remains consistent yet adaptable to context, while supporting national visibility and mentorship programs.

Qualificações

• Design experience for storytelling intake forms and prompts.
• Ability to build a structured story database by theme, audience and format.
• Documentation of end-to-end storytelling processes for distribution.

Responsabilidades

• Design a story intake form for program staff and create prompts to surface story-worthy moments.
• Create a structured database storing approved stories by theme, audience, format, and subject.
• Document replicable process to identify storytelling opportunities and draft and distribute stories.
• Develop an impact narrative framework that stays consistent across channels while fitting context.
