Job summary

You will guide senior leaders, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver on-brand decks that support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of presentation design experience, a strong design background, exceptional storytelling, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering visually

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, marketing, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in presentation design or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
• Experience working in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations that are visually stunning and on-brand.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful presentations.
• Ensure final quality checks on presentations before delivery to clients or senior management, with brand guideline adherence.
