Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Photography, Film Studies or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of marketing or media production experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Proficiency in all aspects of photo and video production.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Knowledge of the architecture/interior design industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem solving and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review footage and select best takes to align with strategic goals.
• Plan shoots and edits in advance to capture required content.
• Edit videos and photography per project vision and direction.
• Create compelling stories that enhance the firm's visual identity.
• Ensure media meets the firm's visual standards and quality benchmarks.
• Adjust lighting, color, and continuity for quality.
• Incorporate feedback to refine final products.
• Provide production timelines and schedules to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of work and share progress updates.
• Organize and archive media with consistent metadata.
