Job summary

The Albuquerque Academy Communications Department is seeking a Coordinator who will produce content that tells the Albuquerque Academy story using strong verbal, written, artistic, and technical skills to promote the school.

You will manage websites, social media, direct messaging, photography, video, and graphic design, collaborating with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and parents to advance our communications goals and school mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of experience in coordinator focus is required.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and strong photography/graphics skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative and strategic support for advertising, video, photography, graphic design, and other content.
• Contribute to social media planning, content development, and management of interactions.
• Actively cultivate relationships within the school to facilitate news, photo, and video opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to support admissions and advancement initiatives.
• Maintain the website and develop new functionality with the team.
