Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment where every guest feels seen and supported.
• Drive Sales Through Discovery: This is an active sales role. Ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate products, recommend complementary items.
• Be a Play Guide: Share your enthusiasm for games, toys, books, and creative play.
• Be a Story Ranger: Bring a touch of wonder into the store by weaving Wylding Woods mythology into conversations.
• Operate the Store: Process transactions accurately using our POS system, answer phones, receive and unpack inventory, stock shelves, price merchandise, create attractive displays, and help keep the store organized.
• Support Community Events: Assist with game nights, workshops, birthday parties, storytelling events, and immersive experiences, helping create memorable moments for guests.
